Shipping

Shipping rates depend on the item you order. For some products, shipping is included in the price and it will be indicated. Some of our business partners, such as Amazon.com, calculate the shipping for each order. Your order should arrive in 7-10 business days. Amazon.com orders should arrive in 3-5 business days using Amazon's Standard shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Items returned to Amazon.com will be covered by Amazon's return and refund policies. If an item is defective and was shipped directly by the Foundation, the item may be returned at our expense, including shipping, within thirty (30) days of the invoice date in order to receive a full refund or replacement. An item that is not defective, may be returned at your expense, including shipping, within thirty (30) days of the invoice date in order to receive a full refund (not to include original shipping charges). Customers with non-defective returns will only be entitled to a refund or credit if the item they are returning is in new condition, including original packaging.
